This is an exciting opportunity for an HR leader who enjoys the impact and variety of working at a fifty person, mission-driven organization. You will play a key role in shaping the employee’s experience, from recruiting and onboarding new team members to supporting, developing, and retaining staff. You will also partner with managers to strengthen culture, performance management, and professional growth. Acts partners with a third-party provider for payroll, benefits administration, and HR infrastructure, allowing this role to focus on people strategy, employee relations, talent development, and culture-building.
