About The Position

This role serves as a strategic partner to the Go-To-Market organization and broader teams, translating business priorities into actionable people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers while executing programs that enhance leadership effectiveness, talent development, and culture. The position offers the opportunity to build scalable, high-impact people initiatives across a fast-growing, remote-first fintech environment. Ideal candidates are data-driven, adaptable, and skilled at navigating ambiguity while delivering results that align with business objectives. You will collaborate across functions to implement organizational design, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement programs that support sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience on a People team, including 2+ years as a People Partner
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders to align people strategies with business priorities
  • Strong operational and program execution skills, with ability to scale initiatives across teams and functions
  • Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change, work through ambiguity, and influence stakeholders
  • Experience coaching managers on performance management, team effectiveness, and leadership development
  • Data- and process-driven, with strong judgment, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and accelerate program delivery

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to GTM leaders, providing guidance on talent strategy, leadership effectiveness, and organizational design
  • Build, implement, and iterate people and talent programs end-to-end, from concept through measurement
  • Lead functional talent management across teams, including performance management, succession planning, and capability development
  • Partner with People & Talent Strategy teams to design and scale initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Coach leaders on team effectiveness, employee engagement, and change management during periods of growth or restructuring
  • Use data, people analytics, and industry benchmarks to inform decisions and influence stakeholders
  • Support broader People team priorities as needed in a small, high-growth, and distributed environment
