This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on building and scaling a powerful inbound and demand generation engine. You will take ownership of multi-channel performance marketing initiatives, turning campaigns into measurable pipeline growth. Operating in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment, youâll continuously test, optimize, and refine strategies that directly influence revenue outcomes. Working closely with Sales and leveraging advanced CRM tools, you will ensure marketing efforts translate into qualified opportunities. Requirements

4â8 years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing roles.
Advanced expertise in HubSpot, including funnel management, automation workflows, segmentation, and reporting.
Proven B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a demonstrated track record of achieving pipeline and revenue targets (SMB or vertical SaaS experience preferred).
Strong hands-on experience managing paid acquisition channels such as Meta and Google Ads, along with CRM-driven campaigns.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect campaign performance directly to revenue outcomes.
Strong copywriting and messaging skills tailored to segmented audiences.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment with multiple concurrent initiatives.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the automotive or service industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day execution of inbound and demand generation campaigns across paid media, organic channels, CRM marketing, and content initiatives.
Build, optimize, and manage landing pages, forms, CTAs, and automated nurture workflows to maximize funnel conversion.
Launch and manage ongoing experiments across messaging, offers, channels, and creative formats to continuously improve performance.
Develop and support high-converting content assets such as case studies, educational guides, short-form videos, and benchmark reports.
Collaborate closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Sales teams to align campaigns with buyer objections and improve lead quality.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including leads generated, cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
Maintain clear and visible dashboards within HubSpot to ensure performance transparency and accountability.
