In this position, you will be expected to create positive, memorable experiences for our residents through the delivery of exceptional care in daily activities!
Requirements
- To be considered for this role, you must be a certified PCA/HHA/CNA in the state of Virginia
- Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with and communicating with the elderly as well as displays a strong will to continuously provide exceptional care!
Responsibilities
- Assist in personal daily activities such as bathing, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing, the consumption of meals and ambulation
- Report any changes in physical condition, behavior or appearance to a supervisor
- Ability to multitask and display time management and organizational skills
- Understanding of privacy and confidentiality when working harmoniously with resident and family matters
- Help our Residents remain engaged and enriched mentally, physically, socially and emotionally by providing hands on assistance geared to fit each residents needs
