Workers’ Compensation Attorney

Requirements

• Admitted Attorney (New Jersey Bar required)
• Experience in Personal Injury or Workers’ Compensation
• Trial experience (essential for Trial Attorney role)
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with precision
• A results-driven, high-energy mindset

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload from intake through settlement or trial
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
• Draft demand packages and negotiate settlements
• Prepare cases for trial, including:
• Depositions
• Hearings
• Witness coordination
• Exhibit preparation
• Deliver exceptional, compassionate client service
