This role involves advocating for clients to achieve favorable settlements or verdicts, conducting thorough investigations, drafting legal documents, and negotiating with insurance companies and opposing counsel. The Personal Injury Attorney will work closely with clients to provide empathetic support and expert legal guidance throughout the litigation process. Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active bar admission in Nevada
Minimum of 1 year of experience handling personal injury cases.
Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation processes.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
Compassionate approach to client representation.
