We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Clinical Pharmacist to play a key role in coordinating and delivering high‑quality pharmaceutical care. Requirements

Strong judgment and decision‑making skills
Ability to stay composed and effective in stressful situations
Commitment to safe, evidence‑based patient care
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required; Doctoral Degree Preferred
Licenses: Pharmacy License in the state of Arkansas

Responsibilities

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to manage drug therapy protocols
Review, interpret, and evaluate medication orders to prevent or resolve drug‑related issues
Provide drug information and education to physicians, healthcare staff, patients, and pharmacy students
Document clinical interventions to support ongoing quality improvement
Ensure medication orders are accurate and complete prior to entry
Verify final medication preparation for accuracy after technician filling
