We're looking for a skilled and motivated Clinical Pharmacist to play a key role in coordinating and delivering high‑quality pharmaceutical care. Requirements

  • Strong judgment and decision‑making skills
  • Ability to stay composed and effective in stressful situations
  • Commitment to safe, evidence‑based patient care
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree Required; Doctoral Degree Preferred
  • Licenses: Pharmacy License in the state of Arkansas

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to manage drug therapy protocols
  • Review, interpret, and evaluate medication orders to prevent or resolve drug‑related issues
  • Provide drug information and education to physicians, healthcare staff, patients, and pharmacy students
  • Document clinical interventions to support ongoing quality improvement
  • Ensure medication orders are accurate and complete prior to entry
  • Verify final medication preparation for accuracy after technician filling
