Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy with Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
- Kentucky Pharmacist License
- Indiana Pharmacist License, or eligible
Nice To Haves
- Hospital and/or oncology experience preferred.
