About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat adult and pediatric patients. The role focuses on improving mobility, restoring function, and preventing disability through individualized treatment programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist License
- Current BLS Certification
- Strong communication skills in English

- Ability to support and guide rehabilitation staff in a specialty area.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create treatment plans with measurable goals
- Perform muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability tests
- Provide physical therapy treatments and monitor patient progress
- Adjust treatment plans as needed
- Document patient care and progress accurately
- Educate patients and families on therapy and home exercises
- Communicate with physicians and healthcare staff regarding patient care
- Supervise PT Assistants, aides, and students when needed
