About The Position

Servtech, A Roeslein Company, is seeking a dedicated Industrial Pipe Assembler II to join our dynamic team at our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling metal building structures on welded skids. We are seeking an individual who is committed to performing high-quality work safely, pays close attention to detail, and has a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Requirements

A High School Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not required.
1-2 year of pipefitting experience is preferred
Must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management, in a team environment.
Must work well with others in a team-oriented environment
Must meet deadlines while working safely and producing a quality product.
Ability to work flexible hours including overtime.
Must adhere to the Company’s attendance policy.

Responsibilities

Must operate hand tools safely.
Assist with organizing materials and equipment.
Assist in the assembly of pre-welded piping flanged spools, valves, SS tubing, pipe stands, and threaded piping/fittings.
Must follow training and company procedures.
Must be a leader who represents the organization with the ability to be a liaison to our customers, adhere to company standards, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
Must follow good housekeeping practices.
Must comply with Roeslein & Servtech’s core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and the commitment to maintain respectful relationships with all employees.
Performs all work in compliance with company standards, does not deviate from policies and procedures, and adheres to regulatory requirements.
Safety is essential at Servtech and all safety training classes must be completed with a 100% pass rate.
Requires effective time management skills, personal conduct, and change management abilities.
Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts.

This position is eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus; 50% paid after 30 days and 50% paid after 6 months of employment.
candidates relocating from more than 50 miles from Louisville, CO facility are eligible for a $5,000 relocation bonus to help cover moving expenses. Employees must remain employed for 12 months to retain the relocation bonus.
