About The Position

Placements Liaison I supports the onboarding and activation of experiential learning sites that have been previously used or are being reactivated. This role ensures that all operational and compliance requirements are met while providing a high level of support to learners, faculty, and site partners. The Placements Liaison I plays a critical role in maintaining strong relationships with clinical sites and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinical placement coordination, onboarding, or related administrative function.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree in healthcare administration, Education, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems; experience with SharePoint and online onboarding tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the reactivation and onboarding of previously used clinical sites, ensuring all documentation, agreements, and compliance requirements are complete.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for site coordinators and internal stakeholders during the onboarding process.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with faculty, Academic Operations teams, and learners to ensure smooth placement operations.
• Develop and maintain training and process documentation for site onboarding tasks, providing guidance to other liaisons as needed.
• Conduct follow-up with sites post-onboarding to confirm readiness and address any operational or compliance issues.
• Utilize CRM systems, SharePoint, and other digital tools to track site activation, site readiness, and learner placement data.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving onboarding processes, learner satisfaction, and site relationships.
