JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES As the Planner/Scheduler, you will be responsible for the daily, weekly and outage planning and scheduling of maintenance activities. You will be an integral part of a best-in-class maintenance program working with site leadership on priorities and coordinating contractors planning processes through accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration. This is an on-site role located in Cloverdale, IN.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in maintenance and enterprise asset management [EAM] systems; IBM Maximo, E-Business Suite, UpKeep, SAP ERP Suite, IFS Cloud, Flix, Ramco Enterprise, Maintenance Connection, or similar.
  • You have the ability to achieve and maintain forklift certification.
  • High level of personal integrity

Nice To Haves

  • Uptime Elements Maintenance Reliability Certification or equivalent certification is also a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assure all work orders are planned for Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality
  • Assure all work orders have necessary technical components to execute high quality work from POET and contractor staff alike
  • Coordinate with other POET Bioprocessing resources and contractors as needed to develop accurate work order plans and minimize issues due to planning problems
  • Assure all WO’s are in the proper status by identified timeframes to complete work consistent with priority status
  • Perform Outage planning and scheduling year around
  • Contractor Coordinator
  • Own completion of weekly schedule one week in advance lead weekly meeting to complete/communicate the 1-week work schedule.
  • Schedule Maintenance Technicians available hours weekly to >90%
  • Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure all activities are scheduled consistent with production targets while also maintaining Safety and Environmental standards
  • Foster a culture of safe behavior and environmental compliance at all times.
  • Maintain and advance the food safety and quality of POET’s products and processes to deliver a best-in-class culture of quality.
