Engineering Planner (Aerospace Mfg)

Requirements
- 3+ years of methods engineering experience or relevant years of experience
- Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings and specifications
- Proficient MS Office skills; strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Aerospace manufacturing experience, preferred
- Familiarity of aerospace paint, chemical processing & NDT methods, preferred
- Working knowledge of Visual ERP, preferred
- Detail oriented, very organized with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English language.
- Must be a U.S Person/Permanent Resident Green card holder.
Nice To Haves
- Technical Certificate, preferred
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and CATIA V5, preferred
- Aerospace manufacturing experience, preferred
- Familiarity of aerospace paint, chemical processing & NDT methods, preferred
- Working knowledge of Visual ERP, preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist processing business unit in creation of shop floor work instructions
- Assist with process planning changes and new planning as required
- Updating existing planning as needed and required
- Understanding process flow
- Assist with writing technical instructions and interpreting customer specifications
- Understanding 2D & 3D drawings and specifications
- Creation of masking templates as required
- Communicating with production teams to address any changes or updates to work orders as required
- Printing, filing, and help as needed within the Engineering department
