Essential Functions Coordinate, implement, and evaluate strategic and operational planning, accreditation, institutional research, and strategic initiative projects. Develop and implement strategic communication and engagement plans for internal and external audiences. Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of accreditation, strategic planning, strategic initiatives, and processes. Support the development and implementation of data-informed strategic and operational plans. Coordinate and conduct workshops and events. Provide executive-level support for accreditation processes, presentations, and reports. Work with staff (IT and IR) to develop and expand utilization of the college’s planning software solution. Assist in the completion of effective environmental scans of both internal and external trends on a regular basis. Assist in the development of effective performance indicators and the monitoring of measurable outcomes. Collaborate with the Office of Institutional Research (IR) for ad hoc projects and reporting. Support the College’s policies and programming related to access, fair employment, and equal opportunities for all. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study. A minimum of two (2) years of professional work experience in education, public sector, or private sector, which demonstrates experience in planning, administration, management, or instruction. Demonstrated experience in project planning and coordination.
