About The Position

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Operate and monitor plant equipment to support safe and efficient production. Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery and systems. Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading as needed. Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure operational readiness. Follow safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Ability to learn and operate plant equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on equipment monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Dependable and adaptable approach to varied operational tasks.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to established procedures.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
