Airbus Americas, Inc is looking for a Plant Performance Manager to join our team based in Kinston, NC. Responsible for the management and governance of performance indicators and routines in Kinston Plan. You will be defining, implementing and developing a robust performance review system in line with Airbus Operating System (AOS) in order to deliver on time, on cost and on quality. You will serve as the lead for the Kinston Plant strategy and integration of KPIs. This leadership position is directing Performance Management across all Kinston Plant CDT areas and will be responsible for leading the Plant strategy for the program's performance system. You will ensure the integration of KPIs and KPRs, and establish, maintain and communicate priorities, status and plan for the Site performance with all stakeholders to optimize operational output. This role will implement and drive a systematic methodology that drives the achievement of critical targets and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
