About The Position

Why We Need Your Talents: The Player Development Supervisor oversees and guides the team of Marketing Coordinators, ensuring seamless execution of departmental processes that support VIP Hosts, Executive Hosts, and Senior Executive Hosts. This role focuses on scheduling, event support, administrative accuracy, and guest service logistics while acting as the primary point of leadership for the coordinator team.

Requirements

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in related role.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the Maryland State Lottery and Gaming Commission for the position.
  • Must be flexible with their schedule.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to reach specific objects at short distances in local working area.
  • Ability to walk up/down 32 steps to/from Casino floor.
  • Ability to sit 60% of the time
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Hospitality, touring or travel agency experience is preferred.
  • College degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in casino marketing, guest services, or hospitality (supervisory experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency with casino systems (QCI, LMS, Loyalty, Monday.com, etc.) and Microsoft Office/Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in administrative and reporting tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-first mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support Marketing Coordinators in daily tasks such as booking reservations, managing event lists, and processing offers.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all coordinator duties, including QCI data entry, Monday.com logs, gift/raffle tracking, and guest communications.
  • Oversee event preparation and execution support (rosters, RSVP lists, signage, ticket distribution, etc.).
  • Responsible for maintaining the commission program and orchestrations of the payments.
  • Must maintain coding accuracy for all PD books-following coding policy.
  • Provide training, coaching, and ongoing development to Coordinator team members.
  • Manage coordinator scheduling, attendance tracking, and casino /floor coverage needs.
  • Serve as escalation point for Coordinator-related issues and provide solutions in collaboration with Relationship Marketing leadership.
  • Monitor compliance with SOPs regarding comps, player documentation, and departmental standards.
  • Partner with departmental leadership to ensure Coordinators are aligned with player engagement strategies and guest experience goals.
  • Assist with cross-property coordination when supporting events or hosting duties at other Live! properties.
