About The Position

This role is all about keeping our field techs moving. Whether it's helping troubleshoot over the phone, lining up parts, or lending a hand in person — you'll be the go-to person they rely on during the workday. In addition to supporting the plumbers in the field, this role will also assist and report to the Plumbing Manager with estimates, scheduling, and other logistical needs.

Requirements

Dependable, proactive, and calm under pressure
A strong communicator who works well in a team environment
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks
Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience required
Minimum 2 years of supervising experience required
Valid driver’s license and high school education (or equivalent)

Nice To Haves

Journeyman or Master License strongly preferred
Tech-savvy and comfortable using job tracking software, email, etc. (experience with ServiceTitan strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

Be a key point of contact and support for our commercial plumbing techs throughout the day – both on the phone and in person
Assist with job details, material needs, vendor coordination, and general troubleshooting
Help techs onsite as needed to get the work done
Generate estimates/proposals for the work being overseen
Assist with daily scheduling and job assignments for the team
Order and track parts/materials for upcoming jobs
Manage vendor pickups, deliveries, and special orders
Help with fleet and warehouse upkeep/inventory
Prepare estimates
Support job tracking, ticket closeout, and performance reviews
Work closely with Plumbing Manager to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
