About The Position

W e are looking to add a Pool Bartender to our team. See below for details and to apply for the position. This is a lucrative tipped position. Perfect candidate will be willing to work out doors and rotate shifts on the pool deck.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
• Hospitality or related industry experience
• Standing for 8-10 hour shifts
• Pulling, pushing, carrying boxes up to 25lbs
• Able to work outside in the heat

Responsibilities

• Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
• Follow proper cash handling procedures
• Complete orders for beverages and supplies
• Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive display
• Maintain a clean and neat work area
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
• Wash bar glasses/dishes
• Checks ID for all guests and complies with state and federal laws
• Demonstrates effective sales techniques to upsell food and beverage products
• Responds to questions and special requests
• Provides information and directions
• Other reasonable duties as assigned
