About The Position

Serrano Country Club is seeking an energetic and service-oriented Pool Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team for the pool season. This position is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to members and guests while maintaining a welcoming, professional, and fun poolside atmosphere. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced outdoor environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality hospitality and service.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service.
• Seasonal position during pool operations.
• Must be available weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for members and guests at the pool bar.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the beverage menu, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks.
• Provide friendly and attentive service while maintaining professionalism in a lively pool environment.
• Accurately enter and process orders using the POS system.
• Ensure bar area remains clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service.
• Monitor guest consumption and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist pool servers with beverage orders when needed to ensure efficient service.
• Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
