Requirements

Prior experience in pool cleaning or maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Knowledge of pool chemistry, equipment, and maintenance procedures
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain residential and commercial swimming pools, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and emptying skimmer baskets
Test and adjust water chemistry to ensure proper pH, chlorine, and alkalinity levels
Inspect pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters, and perform basic repairs or notify maintenance for complex issues
Maintain accurate records of service visits, water testing results, and repairs
Follow safety protocols and ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards
Communicate effectively with clients regarding pool maintenance and any necessary repairs or recommendations
