Primary Purpose of the position: Lead the scoping, planning, and execution of projects approved by the BPNCA management team. This includes overseeing deliverables across cross‑functional teams, conducting project reviews, and ensuring the consistent application of project management best practices. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in supply chain, manufacturing, or sales, with demonstrated experience supporting cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Define and drive process‑driven methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage senior leaders.
  • Leads with authenticity, fostering trust, collaboration, and credibility across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans grounded in business cases, timelines, dependencies, financial considerations, and resource needs to ensure on‑time, on‑budget, and in‑scope delivery.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of escalation processes, including the roles and responsibilities of all participants, and effectively facilitate escalations as the project manager.
  • Provide project oversight through regular reviews, coordination of deliverable sign‑offs, and timely project reporting.
  • Communicate project expectations clearly and proactively to team members and stakeholders.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure their teams supply the necessary data, inputs, and documentation for all meetings and project activities.
  • Apply strong business context and domain knowledge to guide project approaches, manage issues and risks, and address dependencies and constraints.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths, connecting cross‑functional dependencies across multiple projects to maintain smooth workflow progression.
  • Conduct risk and issue planning and integrate mitigation and resolution actions into the project plan.
  • Lead smaller cross‑functional initiatives within NCA to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

  • Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: Based in Colorado, this position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3) or more days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).   • Hiring Salary Range: $75,400 - $105,290 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
