About The Position

The Department of Marketing at Texas A&M University seeks a full-time Postdoctoral Research Associate to provide integrated leadership across behavioral lab operations and high-impact marketing scholarship. The postdoc will manage the Jeff Conant Behavioral Lab as a shared research resource for the department, ensuring reliable study execution and operational support for faculty research. The role also includes broader research support to the department—such as assisting faculty with research design and data analysis and actively participating in the department’s research community (e.g., seminars). The position includes an annual allowance for research and conference-related travel and expenses, and the postdoc is expected to be in residence and engaged with faculty and the research environment throughout the appointment.
