Powder Coat Paint Lead- 1st shift

We are currently seeking dependable Production Welders to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will perform high-quality welding on metal components while meeting production standards and customer specifications. Your skill and attention to detail will help maintain efficient workflow, ensure product quality, and support on-time delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years of powder coating experience (leadership preferred).
- Knowledge of powder coating processes.
- Ability to read blueprints and work orders.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support powder coating teams.
- Assign tasks, train employees, and monitor performance.
- Inspect powder-coated finishes for quality.
- Maintain production schedules and troubleshoot issues.
- Enforce safety procedures and equipment upkeep.
