About The Position

We live that statement every single day. We are looking for a Powder Coating Technician to help support that mission. Due to invisible electromagnetic fields associated with equipment used, any carrier of a pacemaker must avoid this particular work area.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to wear a respirator
• Must be detail oriented

Nice To Haves

• Experience in powder coating environment is a plus, but not required
• Forklift experience preferred
• Familiarity with engineering drawings preferred

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate spray guns and ovens
• Mask parts according to prints
• Monitor parts throughout the baking cycle
• Inspect components after coating for quality
• Package product in an efficient manner
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Ensure all tools/equipment are returned to assigned place when not in use
