About The Position

Velosio is looking for a Senior Consultant to be an integral member of the Power Platform Team. As a Senior Consultant at Velosio, you will focus on providing the ideal client experience as a trusted advisor. Your day might look like: Project Leadership & Delivery Lead end-to-end Microsoft Power Platform engagements from discovery through go-live and post-production support Partner closely with Velosio’s PMO to align on scope, schedule, budget, resource planning, and client communications Facilitate discovery sessions to define business requirements and translate them into scalable, best-practice solution designs Architect business processes and technical solutions aligned to Microsoft standards and industry best practices Oversee documentation, configuration, development, testing, training, deployment, and go-live execution Proactively manage project risks, financial performance, and timelines to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Provide strategic guidance and leadership to clients throughout the engagement lifecycle Client Advisory & Relationship Management Serve as a trusted advisor to executive and operational stakeholders Provide strategic insights on Power Platform capabilities, roadmap alignment, automation strategy, and AI enablement opportunities Identify opportunities for optimization, innovation, and continuous improvement Build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and expansion of Velosio services Sales & Growth Enablement Support sales initiatives by leading client discussions, discovery workshops, and solution envisioning sessions Contribute to demos, estimates, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs) Articulate business value and solution differentiation to position Velosio as a strategic Microsoft partner Collaborate with account teams to expand services within existing client accounts Practice & Team Contribution Champion Velosio’s core values, methodologies, tools, and delivery standards Continuously expand technical and industry expertise, staying current with Microsoft releases and emerging technologies Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability development Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives such as lunch-and-learns, training sessions, social content, and conference presentations Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment Actively advocate for and contribute to the growth and innovation of the Power Platform practice

Requirements

  • Min. 3 years experience consulting on the Power Platform
  • Minimum of 5 years consulting experience
  • Power Apps subject matter expert
  • Experience with Copilot Studio and building AI agents
  • Experience with best practices, implementation methodology, and Dev Ops
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science or equivalent
  • Excellent presentation and written/oral communication
  • Experience communicating with Directors and C-level management
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed
  • Possess business consulting and estimating skills for engagements
  • Able to travel as needed, up to 30%
