Requirements

JD degree from an accredited law school.
Valid license to practice law in Louisiana.
Member of the state bar in good standing.

Responsibilities

Provide legal representation to clients in personal injury cases
Conduct client calls and case evaluations to determine legal strategy.
Investigate claims by reviewing police reports, medical records, witness statements, and other evidence.
File management in our case management software
Understanding UM coverage
Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and legal guidance.
Collaborate with your legal assistant to manage case workflow.
Ensure compliance with all legal standards, ethics rules, and firm policies.
