Requirements

  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in vehicle sales or a customer-focused sales role is preferred.
  • Motivated & Goal-Oriented: You are driven to meet and exceed sales targets and deliver results.
  • Customer-Centric: You have a passion for helping customers and providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You are able to build rapport with customers and guide them through the purchasing process with ease.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Customers: Greet customers, assess their needs, and help them find the perfect pre-owned vehicle.
  • Product Knowledge: Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers, ensuring they understand the value and advantages of each pre-owned model.
  • Test Drives & Consultations: Conduct test drives and guide customers in selecting the right pre-owned vehicle based on their preferences.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate sales prices and financing options with customers, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
  • Paperwork & Documentation: Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation for vehicle transactions.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new vehicle models, promotions, and sales techniques through training and ongoing professional development.
  • Achieve Sales Goals: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
