About The Position

Are you the go-to for Swiss lathe setups and clean first-piece approvals? If you can read complex blueprints, debug a Swiss program, and coach others while keeping parts flowing, this role is for you. You’ll build medical instruments and implants with exacting standards, support new product introductions, and close production gaps so customers get parts on time. What problems will you solve? How do we set up a new NPI part fast? You’ll perform changeovers, optimize tooling, adjust offsets, and fine-tune code. How do we keep quality consistent? You’ll interpret drawings and check-sheets, measure features (calipers, micrometers, height stands, comparators), and document results in ERP. How do we maximize throughput? You’ll guide the team in your area, share best practices, and keep setup documentation current under change control. How do we hit delivery dates? You’ll monitor work orders and machine data, troubleshoot issues, and execute the plan for on-time delivery.
