About The Position

Signing Bonus: This position is eligible for a signing bonus totaling $1,000, paid after 90 days of employment. All bonus payments are subject to standard tax withholdings.
Discovery Isle Preschool is seeking a loving and attentive Preschool Support Teacher to join our team. Our infant, toddler, preschool, and pre-k program provides a balance of learning and play, helping children build the academic and social skills that prepare them for Kindergarten and beyond.
As a Preschool Support Teacher, you will support all ages and classrooms and inspire curiosity, nurture confidence, and create meaningful learning experiences that make every day exciting and purposeful for young learners.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have one of the following:
• Completed 12 Core ECE Units in Early Childhood Education, including 3 Infant Toddler ECE Units.
• 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center.
• A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
• Authorization to work in the United States

• Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and care updates.
