About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required by the job, up to 70 pounds.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Experience with inventory management or stock handling is advantageous.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a workplace setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the production floor to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
• Support production staff by providing necessary materials and tools, ensuring they are readily available for use.
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies and notify the appropriate personnel when reordering is necessary.
• Aid in the setup and breakdown of equipment and workstations as needed to facilitate production activities.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and safety.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, to uphold a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to report any issues or concerns promptly.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay informed about company updates and industry best practices.
