About The Position

Join Millennium Print Group as a Pressroom Production Support! We’re looking for a Pressroom Production Support team member to join our manufacturing operations in Raleigh, NC . This role provides key administrative and operational support to the Press Department by assisting with production reporting, documentation, and data management that helps ensure smooth pressroom operations. Location: Raleigh, NC Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay + full benefits package

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative or operational support experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet goals with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn additional systems
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with pressroom shift supervisors to assist with daily production reporting and documentation
  • Gather and enter production data to support operational decision-making
  • Process departmental audits on a regular basis
  • Notify designated department purchasers when supplies are needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies when handling operational information
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and department efficiency
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Press Department as directed
