We are seeking a curious, analytical and collaborative Pricing Analyst to mine, analyze, and translate complex data into clear recommendations for sales leaders. This successful candidate will report to the Manager, Strategic National Accounts Pricing and be responsible for pricing excellence – setting, getting and sustaining. You will be a direct partner to Sales and indirectly working with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product, Operations, AI COE and IT to deliver data analysis, competitive intelligence, financial modeling. What Drives Success Pricing Insights & Performance Analytics Build and maintain pricing models that support list, invoice and discount pricing decisions. Analyze pricing performance across products, channels and customer segments to identify margin opportunities and risks including leakage, scenario trade-offs, etc. Inform strategic pricing decisions with robust data and insights. Deliver analysis with clarity, speed, accuracy, and confidence to cross-functional teams. Conduct competitive intelligence and synthesize trends into actionable insights. Pricing Governance & Controls Strengthen pricing discipline by maintaining guardrails, approval workflows and deal-desk standards. Partner with sales to evaluate deal structures and ensure alignment with margin goals and value drivers. Support the creation and refinement of pricing policies, segmentation logic, and discount frameworks. Monitor adherence to pricing rules and escalate risks or anomalies proactively. Improve processes and systems that streamline pricing operations and accelerate decision-making. Pricing Execution & Sales Enablement Support annual and ad hoc price actions, including scenario modeling and financial assessments. Prepare price recommendations for new products, cost changes, and market shifts. Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations to ensure pricing decisions align with revenue and profitability targets. Enable sales with tools, insights, and competitive benchmarks that improve deal quality and win rates. Manage performance dashboards with pricing KPIs and monitor external trends What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field required or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales, sales operations, pricing, or related field. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Proficiency in pricing tools (i.e. Vendavo, PriceFx) CRM platforms (i.e., Salesforce), reporting tools (i.e., Qlik, Power BI), ERP (i.e., SAP ECC or S4), CLM platforms (i.e., Intelagree, Ironclad) and AI (i.e. Co-Pilot) Strong analytical mindset with experience with modeling, forecasting and data visualization. Experienced in providing consultative support to multiple stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Good communication, leadership, and financial skills. What We Offer Compensation : This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $65,600 - $86,100 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
