About The Position

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping pricing strategies that directly influence revenue, profitability, and market competitiveness. Through detailed analysis and modeling, you will help evaluate client fee sensitivity and market dynamics. Your work will support both short-term pricing approvals and long-term strategic initiatives. Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in pricing, finance, or a closely related analytical role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, operations, and leadership teams.
  • High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and comfort working in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze client fee sensitivity, market price floors and ceilings, and win-loss trends across segments and products.
  • Develop clear, compelling pricing analyses and visualizations using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to support decision-making.
  • Provide strategic pricing recommendations in response to complex pricing exception requests from sales and relationship management teams.
  • Design, evaluate, and implement pricing models and strategies aligned with business objectives and competitive dynamics.
  • Execute and support process improvements related to pricing approvals, decision rules, and CRM-based workflows.
  • Assess the revenue and profitability impact of pricing changes and communicate findings to key stakeholders.
  • Maintain and administer pricing databases and coordinate the implementation of approved pricing proposals across teams.
