About The Position

Sensata Technologies seeks an analytically driven Pricing Manager to join our team to deliver insights and identify opportunities to drive revenue and profit growth through pricing. The ideal candidate is an ambitious, data-driven professional committed to operational excellence. In partnership with sales, marketing, and finance, the candidate will develop and manage key pricing initiatives to drive our strategic growth. They will be responsible for monitoring pricing impact, identifying opportunities, and implementing pricing strategies across our range of products. The candidate will be a key player in our journey towards commercial excellence, helping us to set new standards, align pricing across regions, and optimize profitability.

Requirements

  • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
  • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
  • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

Nice To Haves

  • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) in Economics, Finance, or Engineering, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in business intelligence (BI) software, such as Microsoft PowerBI, and working with databases such as SQL server and Access
  • Experience in collaborating on pricing strategies with sales and marketing departments
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling (Microsoft Excel - Macro knowledge is considered an advantage)
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to think strategically, and ability to streamline processes
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Manages the implementation of pricing models and strategies designed to optimize revenue, market share, brand positioning and long-term profits
  • Coordinates improvement opportunities in existing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraint
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manages selection of vendors
  • Understands and communicates the changes in the market to prepare the business for competitive conditions
  • Monitors the ongoing business environment to ensure competitive pricing/market position and directs the development and analysis of pricing models and projections.
  • Oversee analytical modeling leveraging multiple data sources to forecast product profitability based on market dynamics and pricing strategies
  • Partners with sales, marketing, and finance departments to define and drive competitive pricing strategies for the Industrial product portfolio
  • Leads a team to develop and maintain dynamic pricing tools and configurators to respond to changing market needs and enable effective execution of pricing strategies
  • Leads the team to administer pricing databases, ensure data integrity, and coordinates implementation of pricing proposals across the organization
  • Develops and promotes harmonized pricing processes across regions and portfolios to drive consistency and scalability
  • Supports the migration of pricing and quotation processes from legacy systems
