Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, multi-site support, or a similar fast-paced environment
  • Confidence working with data—bonus points if you can pull your own insights using SQL, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Curiosity and openness to using AI tools to scale decisions and improve workflows
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity while keeping a positive, professional, and solutions-oriented approach
  • A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (business, data analytics, engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Hunt for opportunities to improve revenue and margins by identifying patterns and trends in the business
  • Tackle and resolve pricing help desk requests from 900+ hospitals—using guidelines, sound judgment, and a customer-first mindset
  • Find creative ways to improve pricing workflows, response times, and overall efficiency
  • Partner with field operations and local teams to explain pricing strategies and drive adoption of tools and recommendations
  • Help shape and influence how we standardize pricing, stay competitive, and plan for the future
