About The Position

As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will play a key role in translating complex business insights into actionable strategies and engaging narratives. This position requires not only analytical acumen and operational expertise, but also a flair for storytelling-ensuring that recommendations and findings are presented in a clear, concise, and impactful manner to drive informed executive decisions. You will be instrumental in aligning diverse stakeholder interests, driving adoption of innovative solutions, and delivering results that support organizational agility and resilience in a dynamic market environment.

Requirements

  • Experienced in strategic planning, business analysis, and marketing operations within a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical thinker with a strong command of data interpretation and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional storyteller with the ability to create executive-level presentations that transform comprehensive information into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Confident communicator, able to engage and influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable, with a passion for continuous improvement and organizational success.
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 7+ years of related experience.
  • Certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, execution, and tracking of strategic and business plans to align with organizational objectives, support sales growth, and optimize executive and marketing operations.
  • Manage and analyze comprehensive studies to evaluate market share, program effectiveness, and new product feasibility.
  • Develop performance metrics, interpret data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to support executive and marketing decision-making.
  • Synthesize research findings into detailed reports and visually compelling presentations for senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Use a storyteller's approach to distill complex information into clear, concise narratives that highlight key insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Present findings confidently, ensuring clarity and impact for executive leadership.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between departments.
  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing management to design, develop, and refine marketing strategies and launch programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities.
  • Provide expert consultation on marketing opportunities and support departmental improvements.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, customer segmentation, and journey mapping to enhance organizational effectiveness.
