In this role, you will be embedded with Product leadership and People Business Partners, providing expert guidance on all compensation matters to attract, retain, and motivate top Product talent in a competitive market. You will develop deep expertise in the Product talent landscape, influence compensation strategy for this critical function, and ensure our pay practices support both business objectives and employee experience. The ideal candidate combines strong consulting skills with analytical rigor and thrives on building trusted relationships with senior leaders.
