We are seeking a Principal, Compensation Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our compensation programs at scale. This is a high-impact role responsible for building the infrastructure, processes, and frameworks that enable consistent, equitable, and competitive pay decisions across the organization. You will own critical compensation cycles end-to-end, partner cross-functionally to deliver complex initiatives, and serve as the operational backbone of our Total Rewards function.
