Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
7 years of work experience in IT or business operations, including 3 years in process design and improvement.
Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Ability to influence without authority and strong coaching skills.
Highly organized with facilitation and training skills.
Ability to solve complex problems and deliver clear communication.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders and IT teams to align the delivery framework with organizational processes.
Identify capability gaps and drive enhancements across various domains.
Translate complex process challenges into clear actionable solutions.
Support governance and process assurance through impact analyses and measurement approaches.
Lead cross-functional teams in gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain and update operating model framework assets for accuracy and accessibility.
Provide coaching and training on the operating model to stakeholders.
Oversee the development and quality of templates and deliverable repositories.
