This position is responsible for leading the implementation of an established, comprehensive problem gambling prevention initiative serving the PCS catchment area. The coordinator will oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based strategies designed to prevent and reduce harm related to problem gaming and gambling. The position works collaboratively with the PCS Prevention Team and community partners to address shared risk and protective factors across substance use, mental health, and problem gambling. Applicant should demonstrate a strong theoretical foundation in the Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF), knowledge of problem gaming and gambling at the local and state levels, and familiarity with the PCS catchment area. This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to accommodate evening meetings, community events, and activities outside regular business hours, as well as occasional travel for conferences and training. A bachelor's degree in public health, behavioral health, human services, or a related field is preferred. Pay is commensurate with education and experience as it relates to this position. Must be willing to consent to background checks, including checks for barrier crimes, and drug screening as part of the application process.
