We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor to: Assist the RN Clinic Manager in leading the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services. Supervise the clinical teams at 20 S. Park St. and the Junction Road Medical Center. Promote staff continuing education and evidence-based practice. Facilitate communication, coordination and collaboration among disciplines regarding identification, planning and provision of high quality, cost-effective care. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing Required
  • 2 years relevant nursing experience Required
  • Evidence of leadership experience Required
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact Required
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification Required
  • Current ACLS Certification Required

Nice To Haves

  • Master of Science in Nursing or relevant field Preferred
  • 5 years of relevant experience in clinical practice Preferred
  • Leadership or supervisory experience with demonstrated success Preferred
