About The Position

You will work with experienced senior and/or principal engineers to understand requirements specified by Valeo’s OEM customers. Valeo is a high technology company, creating innovating solutions and reducing carbon emissions to create acleaner environment. We are a multi-culture company with a focus on promoting diversity and collaboration. Seeking candidates available for a full-time internship for Summer 20266.

Requirements

• You are currently a student enrolled in courses pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills and be able to confidently interact and present information to senior leaders and executives
• Must work collaboratively with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Experience in Solid Works, Mechanical Design, Thermal dynamics, and basic understanding of power tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop computer vision and machine learning algorithms for autonomous vehicles.
• Research and prototype advance algorithms to improve perception of our autonomous vehicle.
• Demonstrate what the future of driving will be on our test vehicle and shown to customers and public at major event.
• Present your research and papers done at Valeo to AI conferences.
