Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience working in a semiconduction fabrication laboratory
• Have experience troubleshooting complex equipment and systems
• Knowledge in vacuum systems and deposition processing is a plus especially in areas of PECVD and ALD
• Pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics/Electrical Engineering (focus on device fabrication), or Material Science

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects applying engineering methodologies towards developing features on Lam deposition systems to further enhance equipment and reactor performance.
• Support in the testing and characterization on development of new or modified process formulations, product development and technology support. These duties include setting up of and running bench scale experiments, operations of application lab deposition development tool, chemistry and material analysis, and use of metrology tools to measure and characterize on wafer deposition performance.
• Further R&D support activities can also include data compilation and organization and conducting scientific journal research.
