There is no guarantee of a full-time offer from Braskem, but if an opportunity becomes available, you will be considered. The Wash/Load operator is responsible for inspecting all hopper cars. This entails a visual inspection of the interior lining, physically rotating all outlet valves, and other checks to assess the railcar's roadworthiness. It is of utmost importance that all railcars are properly cleaned before loading the car for the customer. Inspect, wash, and clean hopper cars Load finished product Maintain the rail yard Startup associated pumps and compressors Proper housekeeping Compliance with safety rules and regulations Troubleshoot Training Very high level of responsibility for accuracy. Technical errors and/or errors of judgment could result in serious damage to persons, equipment, product quality, and process on-stream time. Good written and oral communication skills needed. Must be able to read and understand line drawings of process, pipes, and equipment. Must be able to follow instructions and work effectively with team members.
