Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and safe plant operations Perform routine inspections and minor preventative maintenance on machinery Record and report production data and equipment performance Assist with troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues Support quality control processes to meet product specifications

Requirements

Ability to work safely and follow established procedures
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs
Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Must be able to obtain an ATF Certification
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
This position works on rotating swift shifts- applicant must be able to work any shifts, holidays, or weekends as falls on their schedule
