About The Position

As a Procure-to-Pay Lead Systems Architect on Klaviyo’s Finance Technology Solutions (FinTech) team, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and day‑to‑day excellence of our procurement and Procure‑to-Pay (P2P) technology stack. You’ll partner closely with Procurement, Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Internal Audit, Compliance, and our implementation partners to design, build, and scale reliable, well‑controlled processes that support Klaviyo’s growth. You’ll lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives across tools like Zip, Coupa, Navan, NetSuite, future systems, and related integrations, serving as the go‑to expert for procurement systems. This is a lead individual contributor role for someone who is technically strong in SaaS finance/procurement platforms and comfortable driving alignment across multiple stakeholder groups, owning change management, bringing continuous improvement, and maintaining scalable & compliant architecture, What You’ll Do: Work with G&A Systems Product Owner to inform and maintain the multi‑quarter roadmap for procurement and P2P systems in partnership with Procurement, Finance, and GTS leadership. Translate business objectives (cost control, compliance, cycle time reduction, vendor and employee experience, etc.) into clear systems capabilities and prioritized initiatives. Leverage AI and automation to streamline P2P workflows, while maintaining appropriate controls and data privacy. Serve as the systems lead for high‑impact initiatives such as global P2P process redesign, system RFP’s and implementations, new entity rollouts, and integrations between Zip, Coupa, Navan, NetSuite, future systems, and downstream platforms. Drive projects end‑to-end: requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live stabilization. Coordinate with external implementation partners or managed services when needed and hold them accountable for quality, timelines, and documentation. Collaborate with systems analysts/administrators in FinTech and adjacent teams on best practices, tooling, and change management. Who You Are 5+ years of hands‑on experience administering and configuring procurement or finance systems (e.g., Zip, Coupa, Navan, NetSuite, or similar P2P/ERP platforms). Proven experience leading complex cross‑functional projects from concept through deployment, ideally in a high‑growth SaaS or technology environment. Strong understanding of Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes, including vendor onboarding, PO management, invoice processing, payments, and related approvals. Experience with multi‑entity / multi‑currency environments and global expansion of procurement processes. Hands‑on experience integrating procurement tools with NetSuite or another cloud ERP. Strong process and systems thinking: can map the end‑to‑end P2P architecture, identify failure points, and design for scale. Confident working in Jira‑based agile SDLC (backlog management, sprint planning, release coordination). Comfortable translating between business and technical stakeholders; can write clear requirements and test plans, and can challenge scope where needed.
