Overview The Procurement Analyst – S2P Operations supports the day-to-day execution of Global Procurement processes, ensuring efficient intake, workflow coordination, documentation accuracy, and system adoption across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle. This role is critical to maintaining operational throughput, process consistency, and data integrity as the procurement function scales globally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in procurement operations, S2P, CLM, or workflow driven environments
  • Experience with ERP or procurement platforms (e.g., Workday, Coupa, Ariba, Zip, Sirion, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage high volume workflows
  • Clear communicator comfortable supporting internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily triage and processing of procurement, contracting, and vendor requests
  • Validate completeness of intake documentation, approvals, and metadata prior to workflow progression
  • Monitor cycle times, SLAs, and workflow bottlenecks; escalate issues as needed
  • Support administration and adoption of procurement tools and workflow platforms (e.g., intake, CLM, ERP)
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and Compliance to resolve process issues and unblock requests
  • Support development of training materials, quick reference guides, and user communications
  • Maintain accurate vendor and contract data to support reporting, renewals, and audits
  • Ensure procurement activities align with global internal control and governance standards, maintaining audit ready documentation and approval evidence
