About The Position

Internship Objective: The objective of this internship is to provide hands‑on experience in procurement operations, with a strong focus on data analysis, report development, and supporting the implementation of process‑improvement initiatives. The intern will contribute to enhancing sourcing efficiency, strengthening supplier performance visibility, and improving overall procurement effectiveness through analytical insights and operational support.

Requirements

Must be enrolled in a bachelor's program in a relevant discipline at an accredited university, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and May 2028 (rising junior or rising senior).
Demonstrated strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Must be available to work full-time for 12 weeks during the summer of 2026.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the work location.
Must be authorized to work in the US.

Software Proficiency: Microsoft Excel competence including VLookup, XLookup function, and Pivot Tables
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets

Responsibilities

Work with team members on diverse projects and tasks.
Perform research and analysis to aid project objectives.
Create reports, presentations, and necessary documentation.
Engage in team meetings and share ideas.
Learn and implement industry best practices and company standards.
Optimize spend and PPV reporting processes by identifying data gaps, standardizing inputs, and strengthening reporting workflows.
Support effective change management across indirect spend categories while maintaining adherence to established standards and controls.
Support the governance of fixed MRO pricing and strengthen compliance with preferred supplier programs
